Nomade was my first foray in non-documentary photography. It shows my concern in mixing images and the written word, as well as my compulsion to move on. It is more a suite of very short stories than an auto-biography: an attempt to log images in a continual flight in order to ward off anxiety.

Nomade has been presented in Montréal in 1991 and at the Art Gallery of Bishop's University (Lennoxville, Qc.) as a part of a retrospective of my work that included also Métis and Objets de mémoire. (20 images)
